Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 sandwich buns
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix to coat the ham with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve the chipped ham barbecue on sandwich buns. Enjoy!
