Ingredients

  • 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 sandwich buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  2. 2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix to coat the ham with the sauce.
