Filling
- 6 cups plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine plums, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the plums.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbly.
