  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
