Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes and onion.
3. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten them with a spatula.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
