Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Lock the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. 8. Stir the chili and serve hot.
