- 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Vegetables chopped (e.g., spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Add the grated cheese and chopped vegetables to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
