Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Rotini pasta tri-color
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Bell pepper diced
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Black olives sliced
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
