Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens.
  4. Strain the mixture through a strainer to remove seeds.
  5. Let cool and transfer to a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
