- 2 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens.
Strain the mixture through a strainer to remove seeds.
Let cool and transfer to a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
