  • 2 cups cucumber slices thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place cucumber slices, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
  4. 4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
