- 2 cups cucumber slices thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
2. Place cucumber slices, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in a jar.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
