Ingredients 

Filling

  • 500 g rhubarb, chopped
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Crumble Topping

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter, cold and cubed
  • 100 g brown sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the rhubarb mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
