Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon halved
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Stuff the cavity with minced garlic, lemon halves, and rosemary sprigs.
  5. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
