Ingredients

  • 100 g Rocket (Arugula)
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese shaved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the rocket and shaved Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
