Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 Pears, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 bag Mixed salad greens

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, pears, Roquefort cheese, and walnuts.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
