Roquefort Pear Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 4 Pears, cored and chopped
- 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 bag Mixed salad greens
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, pears, Roquefort cheese, and walnuts.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately.
