- 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
