  • 4 eggs hard-boiled
  • 500 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. 2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
  3. 3. Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal parts and flatten each part.
  4. 4. Wrap each egg in sausage meat, ensuring it is completely covered.
  5. 5. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Fry the eggs in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm or cold.
