Main Ingredients
- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 500 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup flour
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
3. Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal parts and flatten each part.
4. Wrap each egg in sausage meat, ensuring it is completely covered.
5. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the eggs in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm or cold.
