Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 lbs Crab legs
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
  • 4 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes
  • 1 packet Seafood boil seasoning
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add seafood boil seasoning.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and crab legs, cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  5. Drain the pot and transfer the seafood, sausage, corn, and potatoes to a large serving platter.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Pour over the seafood boil.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
