Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 lbs Crab legs
- 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
- 4 ears Corn cut into halves
- 1 lb Baby potatoes
- 1 packet Seafood boil seasoning
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add seafood boil seasoning.
Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and sausage, cook for another 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and crab legs, cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Drain the pot and transfer the seafood, sausage, corn, and potatoes to a large serving platter.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Pour over the seafood boil.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
