Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup Cooked crab meat, chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Sandwich rolls
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Toast the sandwich rolls in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
4. Spread the seafood mixture evenly on the bottom half of each roll.
5. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve immediately.
