Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, toasted sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss well to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
