- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Seven Up
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the flour, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated.
Stir in the Seven Up, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
