  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Seven Up
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the flour, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in the Seven Up, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
