  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add carrots, peas, corn, beef broth, and tomato paste to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
