Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef bones preferably with marrow
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 10 cups water

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover with water and set the slow cooker on low.
  3. Cook for 24 hours.
  4. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  5. Let the broth cool and store in the refrigerator.
