  • 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place lamb, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
