Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over them.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve hot over pasta or in a sub roll.
