- 3 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 4 large Carrots cut into chunks
- 4 large Potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 large Onion cut into chunks
1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
3. Pour the beef broth around the roast.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and onion around the roast.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
