Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Chopped spinach fresh

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients except spinach to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the spinach.
  5. Serve hot.
