Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe
A hearty and healthy vegetable soup made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Chopped spinach fresh
Add all ingredients except spinach to the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the spinach.
Serve hot.
