Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers smashed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Smash the cucumbers with the side of a knife and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the cucumber pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them in the dressing.
  4. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
