Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
Use a potato masher to gently smash each potato.
Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
