Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar divided
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually blend in flour and chopped nuts until dough forms.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until set but not brown.
Roll cookies in remaining powdered sugar while still warm.
Let cool completely, then roll in powdered sugar again.
