Ingredients

  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the blended mixture into the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Let it cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
