- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
5. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
6. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
