Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 oz 151-proof rum
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 cup Hot coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 oz Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rim the edge of a coffee mug with sugar.
  2. 2. Pour the 151-proof rum into the mug and ignite it with a lighter or match.
  3. 3. Let the sugar caramelize, then add Kahlua and hot coffee.
  4. 4. Stir well and top with whipped cream.
