Instructions
In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve warm over steak.
