Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
  4. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm over steak.
