Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Sour cream

Topping

  • 1 cup Strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool.
  6. Spread strawberry preserves over the top and garnish with fresh strawberries. Chill before serving.
