- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and mashed
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1 packet Pectin
- ¾ cup Water
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed strawberries and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix the pectin and water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
Pour the pectin mixture into the strawberry mixture. Stir for 3 minutes.
Ladle the jam into freezer containers, leaving some space at the top for expansion. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before freezing.
