  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
