Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Fresh fish (like salmon or tuna) sliced

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  3. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice.
  4. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  5. Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and fish slices on top of the rice.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
