Instructions
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice.
Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and fish slices on top of the rice.
Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
