Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Slowly whisk in the beef broth until smooth.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over Swedish meatballs.
