Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 oz, drained)
  • 1 can pinto beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and water to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Serve hot, and enjoy!
