Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mint chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill or pan-sear the beef until medium-rare. Let it rest and then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
