Main Ingredients
- 4 Bolillo rolls sliced in half
- 1 lb Cooked meat like carnitas or chicken
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup Sliced tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Pickled jalapeños
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
3. Layer the cooked meat, avocado slices, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickled jalapeños on top of the beans.
4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each bolillo roll and place on top of the sandwich.
5. Place the tortas in the skillet and press down gently. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and golden.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
