Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green beans, cooked and cut
  • 1 cup Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans.
  2. Add the chopped red onion and parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
