Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in buttermilk, and then back in the flour mixture. Repeat this process one more time for each piece.
  4. 4. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
