  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Lemon Juice
  • optional Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the tuna, breaking it up with a spatula.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Optional: Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle parsley before serving.
