Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the drained tuna, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing the tuna mixture on the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
