Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Turnip Greens washed and chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant.
2. Add the chopped turnip greens to the pot and cook until they start to wilt.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
