  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they are soft and fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the chopped turnip greens to the pot and cook until they start to wilt.
