Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
4. Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
5. Top with cherry pie filling.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
