Velveeta Broccoli Soup Recipe
A creamy, cheesy broccoli soup made with Velveeta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Velveeta cheese cubes, stirring until melted and smooth.
4. Stir in the milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
