Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp, halved
- 1 cup Vermicelli noodles, cooked
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup Carrots, julienned
- ½ cup Cucumber, julienned
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro leaves
1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
2. Place shrimp, noodles, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro on the wrapper.
3. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
