White Castle Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • to taste Pickles

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix ground beef, dry onion soup mix, and water in a bowl.
  2. 2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from oven, drain any excess fat, and cut into 8 even squares.
  4. 4. Place each beef square on a slider bun, top with cheese, onions, and pickles.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
