White Chili with Ground Turkey
A hearty and healthy white chili made with ground turkey, white beans, and green chilies.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Green Chilies, diced 4 oz can
- 2 cans White Beans, drained and rinsed 15 oz cans
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Sour Cream for serving
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped for garnish
1. In a large pot, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced green chilies, white beans, chicken broth, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
5. Serve the chili hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
